May 25th
I'll go with June 2nd. If you need a tiebreaker, I'll say the cause is a hamstring.
June 7 due to a shoulder injury suffered a couple of days before a pivotal series with the Yankees. And, as a bonus, he gets to miss playing in Philly (so that he doesn't have to dodge flying batteries).
July 3
I'm going with May 15.

Who can really know? As for me I go with June 28th.
July 4th holiday: dropsy.
